While surveying the trailer landscape today, I ran across the preview for “Big Miracle.” Directed by Ken Kwapis (“The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants”), the movie is inspired by a true story of whales trapped in ice in Alaska and the efforts to free them. I have to say that the trailer is inspiring and if the movie continues this vibe, it ought to be pretty darned good.
“Big Miracle” stars Drew Barrymore and John Krasinski (the US “The Office”) along with a very recognizable supporting cast that includes Ted Danson and Stephen Root. We can expect to see it in February of next year.
