Here’s a Friday chiller: the trailer for “Insidious.”
From the writing and directing team that brought us “Saw” and the producers of “Paranormal Activity” comes “Insidious.” The old school ghost story looks promising. Starring Rose Byrne, Patrick Wilson, and Barbara Hershey, the movie is about a family who move into a new home and discover dark spirits lurking therein. But from what we can tell from the trailer, those spirits might have nothing to do with the house and everything to do with the couple’s son who has fallen into a mysterious coma. I’m always up for a few old-fashioned scares and this might be just the ticket come the first of April.
