Based on true life events, \u201c50\/50\u201d matches everyboy actor Joseph Gordon-Levitt with funnyman Seth Rogen as they battle cancer together.  Well only Gordon-Levitt\u2019s character comes down with the disease, but Rogen plays his crude friend who is seriously affected by the ordeal.  Some have criticized the movie for its portrayal of women, but \u201c50\/50\u201d is a movie about a guy and his bud dealing with heavy stuff.
