Jeff Marker, who teaches college at Gainesville State College, has taken on greater responsibilities as colleges and universities are consolidated within the state system.  Jonathan Hickman, the chief public defender of the State Court in Coweta County, Georgia, intends to focus on writing a sequel to his 2008 novel \u201cThe Taster.\u201d  Hickman and Marker are both involved in several independent film productions and will continue pursuing interesting projects they feel passionate about.<\/p>\n<p>Jeff\u2019s reviews will continue to appear in print and online in the Gainesville Times newspaper (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gainesvilletimes.com\/section\/108\/article\/62680\/\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/www.gainesvilletimes.com\/section\/108\/article\/62680\/<\/a>).  Jonathan will continue to write his monthly movie survey piece for the widely distributed south metro Atlanta paper 85 South Out &#038; About.  In addition, Hickman can be heard monthly on Clear Channel 720 \u201cThe Voice\u201d as part of the 85 South radio show.  The Film Fix television show will be converted to a trailer show on local cable in the Coweta County, Georgia, area.  The show, available on Charter channel 19 and NuLink channel 10, will bring you the latest film trailers and featurettes.<\/p>\n<p>Jonathan will also continue assisting filmmakers in their legal needs.
