The concept based on the famous Shakespeare play sans iambic pentameter seems laughable&#8211;star-crossed garden gnomes get caught up in a feud between neighbors.  <\/p>\n<p>But if you take a closer look at the imdb credits page, you have to take the film seriously.  The director is Kelly Asbury, whose previous directing credits include Oscar nominated movies &#8220;Shrek 2&#8221; and &#8220;Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron.&#8221;  And the cast includes James McAvoy and Emily Blunt as the title characters and everyone from Michael Caine to Julie Walters lending their supporting voice talents.<\/p>\n<p>I wonder if the Great Bard would approve?
